RETURNS & EXCHANGES
-You have up to 7 days from the date you receive an item to return your item for in-store credit or request an exchange if size is available. If you are picking up a item at local pickup, you have 7 days from the date I tagged you that your pickup is ready to return your item. These items must be unworn and unwashed with tag still intact.
-All jewelry items, sale items, grab bag items, and items purchased with a coupon code are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
--Send all returns to: 538 Brighton Trail Florence, Ms 39073 via USPS only.
--Buyer is responsible to pay return shipping back to us.
-Due to how fast orders move through our warehouse, we are unable to cancel an order once it's been submitted. We do, however, have a way of returning the order for in-store credit. Please contact customer service for additional information! 601-882-3222
-Shipping is based on the weight of your items on your order.
